Fire Keeper

This painting was created in collaboration with local Mayan visionary artist Rolando La Tinta during a solstice festival at Lake Atitlan. Eddie had the privilege of sitting with him in multiple ceremonies, allowing for a profound connection to take place. The work channels the ancestral Mayan energies of the land, embodying both the spiritual heritage and the sacred presence that flows through the region. Through this piece, the timeless wisdom of the Mayan culture is honored and brought forward into contemporary expression.
